80세 부모님과의 가족휴가 최고의호텔
가족여행으로 최적의 호텔이었습니다. 어머니 80세 생일을 코로나때문에 못갔는데, 오랜만의 해외여행이었고 조그마한 생일케잌도 주고 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다. 쿠따지역에서 이틀을 묶었는데 그곳과 비교될만큼 청결과 직원들 위생수준이 최고였습니다. 룸에서 보는 바다전망도최고였으며,너무 좋았습니다. 꼭 다시갈예정입니다.

it was not the ocean view room in the photo
I booked an ocean view room for 2 nights, but it was not the ocean view room in the photo I booked. I arrived late at night, got assigned to a room, and entered the room. It was not the room in the picture, it was a pool view, and you had to go out to the end of the balcony to see about 20% of the beach. When I inquired at the reception, they said that the room I was assigned was an ocean view room with the same price, and that the room in the photo could be returned at check-in time if there was an empty room after leaving my luggage the next day. After breakfast, I went down with my luggage. They said the room was ready and they reassigned me to a room on the 3rd floor. The room I was reassigned did not smell damp compared to the room the previous day, and it was the ocean view in the photo.

매우 훌륭하고 아름다운 호텔! 에어컨 냄새는 최악!
오션뷰 룸을 예약했다. 호텔스닷컴 제휴업체여서(실버 멤버라서 그럴지도) 조식이 무료였고, 바에서 이용할수 있는 음료 2잔(칵테일 등) 무료 쿠폰을 제공했다. 2박 + 1박 따로 예약을 했더니 3박 룸을 연결해주었고 바 이용쿠폰이 2장 나왔다!! 알릴라 오션 뷰 쪽은 포테이토헤드와 가까워서 시끄러울듯해서 반대쪽 오션뷰를 선택했는데 그쪽 바다는 오물이 흘러나오는 위치여서 바다에 가깝게 맞닿은 뷰는 별로인듯하다. 수영장뷰로 배정해주어 프라이빗하지는 않았지만 뷰는 좋았다. 수영장 너머 바다가 보이긴했음. 어메니티는 환경을 생각해서인지 다회용이다. 샴푸 및 로션까지 청소하면서 다회용기에 채워주는 형태. 호텔 입구에서 호텔까지 거리가 있어서 버기를 타고 다녔고 대부분의 스텝들이 매우 친절했다. 침대는 매우 넓었다. 뷰, 수영장, 조식, 위치, 디너, 서비스 모든것이 완벽했으나 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 나서 여행기간 내내 힘들었다. 호텔 관계자가 이 글을 본다면 제발 개선해주길 바란다.

최고의 리조트! 그러나 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새는 심각했다.
오션뷰 룸에서 묵었다. 리조트는 시설, 위치, 수영장, 뷰, 친절한 서비스 등 모두 최상이었다. 다만 1가지 심각한 문제가 있었다. 에어컨에서 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 숙박기간 동안 너무 고통스러웠다. 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새와 침구가 눅눅하다는 후기를 보긴했는데 정말이었다. 에어컨 문제가 개선 되지 않는다면다시 가지 못할것 같다. 좋은 리조트인데 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새가 안타깝다.

습도가 높아 이부자리가 축축하다는 말이 많이 있어서 걱정햇지만, 괜찮았어요! 디럭스 스위트에 묵었고, 넓고 쾌적하게 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 음악소리가 좀 들리긴 했지만, 잠을 방해할 정도는 아니었어요. 밑에서 바다를 보며 바에 누워하는 맥주 한잔이 정말 행복했습니다.

나혼자산다에 나온것 보고 성인 2인룸으로 검색해 예약했는데, 가서보니 메인 빌딩은 스위트룸밖에 없고 일반실은 한참 떨어진 별관에만 있다고 안내함. 그 건물앞엔 아주 작은 수영장 하나만 딸랑 떨어져있어 메인 빌딩과는 아예 다른 호텔 느낌임. 전반적으로도 호텔사이즈나 수영장도 작은편이라 방송이 훨씬 좋아보였던거였음. 다신 안갈예정

가성비는 썩..
우선 기대가 너무 컸습니다.. 오션 스위트인데 생각보다 방도 작은편이고 구석방을 줘서 바다도 그렇게 잘보이는편은 아니였습니다.. 1박에 90만원이 넘는 돈을 지불한걸 생각하면 가성비가 정말 떨어집니다.. 그 외.. 직원들은 친절했고 체크인이 좀 늦어졌다고 발마사지 30분 서비스 받았구요.. 인피니트풀에서 찍은 석양 사진은 인생샷을 건지기 충분합니다.. 위치는 스미냑 다운타운쪽에 가까워서 돌아다니긴 편하나 주변 트래픽이 너무 심해서 차타고 다니는건 불편합니다..
스위트룸 크기 치고는 많이 작습니다..

하루이틀 놀기 좋아요~
방도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 바닷가 앞이라는 것과 주변 비치클럽이 각 오분거리라는게 가장큰 장점이네요...조식중에 수제요거트(아사이볼)같은게 젤로 맛있었고, 빵도 맛있었습니다~ 수영장에서 시켜먹은 햄버거는 너무 질겼고 프렌치프라이 맛있었어요~ 그랩이나 스쿠터가 필수입니다~!! 가격대비 아주 만족도가 크지 않습니다

체크인때 문제가 좀 있었는데 일처리 시간이 늦어서 좀 답답했네요. 그리고 청소 청결상태가 그리 꼼꼼하진 않은듯 해요. 다른 저렴한 호텔에 비해 가성비가 좋진않네요. 수영장만 제일 좋았어요. 룸서비스 시켜먹을만한 메뉴가 좀 부족해요

여긴 비싸고 좋은곳, 힙하고 케쥬얼한 분위기 일층 일층 테라스룸 수영장 바로 연결 완전편함 비치클럽 노래, 파도, 싼베드에 누워만 있어도 굳 레잇 첵아웃 1시까지 해줌 첵아웃후 수영장 이용 샤워시설 이용가능 - 짐 옆 외부에 있음 샴푸 린스 샤워젤 수건 구비되어있음 드라이기 없음 조식 알라카르트 메뉴 많음 부페 빵종류 쥬스종류 많고 맛은 soso 호텔스닷컴 선물-매일 성인2명 조식 포함 어린이 조식 차지 안함 한국말 가능 직원있고 굉장히 친절, 많은 도움 주려고 하시고 한국말로 설명 들으니 넘 사이다 오전 7:30 무료 요가 공짜라고 설렁설렁 안함쌤좋음 참고로 영어 못해도 따라할수 있음 요가 첨인 외국인 들어 왔었음 침구 굉장히 눅눅함 카펫 오염 많음 욕실 하수구 냄새 쫌남 얼룩이 좀 많음 샴푸린스샤워젤 삼일동안 한번밖에 안줌 인심야박 약간만 w스런 가격은 비슷하나 아직 w는 아님 하지만 직원은 더 친절 왠지 맘도 더 편함 내기준 대체로 만족하지만 이가격이면 선택폭이 넓다는거

수준높은 플렌테리어와 기분좋은 서비스, 여유로움!
플렌테리어 관심있으신 분들은 알릴라 꼭 다녀오시길 권해드립니다. 방이랑 수영장 모두 너무나 좋았고 직원분들도 다른 발리 호텔이랑 비교해도 너무나 친절하셨어요. 아쉬운점은 수영장 근처 체인징룸이 하나밖에 없어서 관리가 잘 안되는 점, 체크아웃 하시고 수영하고 샤워하실 생각이시면 레이크체크아웃 하시길... 조식은 그냥 그랬습니다. 주문 해서 먹는 원디쉬도 퀄리티가 별로 였고요, 다만 수영장(비치클럽, 시솔트)에서 시켜먹는 음식은 정말 모두 다 괜찮았습니다. 썸머롤, 피자, 파스타 모두 맛있었어요. 다음 발리도 알릴라로 꼭 오자고 신랑이랑 얘기했습니다!

The worst hotel ever
We arrived 11am and they said our room was not ready. We came back at 5 and they said our room was not ready yet. We booked a oceanview room but they gave us a poolview room and it took additional 1 hour to change the room Stain on the bed sheet. The staffs give you welcome drink but after that they don't care at all.
