The staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfasts every morning and the place was kept clean. There are some aspects that are a bit dated but overall pretty good. We did love the size and depth of the pool, it was perfect.

We stayed for 5 nights in Villa 3 requested to move the second day due to workman on the roof next door looking straight into our bathroom (yes the bathrooms outside) moved into Villa 1 with no worries was the best move , the staff greet you each time you go in and out and nothings ever to much to ask We will return again to Villa 1

Ziva a Boutique Villa in Bali is hands down the best villa we've stayed at on the island. The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. The villa itself is super clean, and the staff really take care of everything. They clean the villa during the day and then also set up the room for us in the evening by closing the blinds, lighting the candles, and turning on the lights. It was always a nice touch to come back to a perfectly set-up room. The staff are all really friendly, speak great English, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special shoutout to Julie at reception—she was so warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the start. The pool is also huge, about three times the size of a typical villa pool, which was perfect for relaxing and swimming. We’ll definitely be back and have already recommended it to our family and friends. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Bali, Ziva is the one.

With the premise that staff was always nice, kind and available, the structure is simply old and in serious lack of maintenance. It gives the impression that is about to close and no investment is made in maintaining it. Rusty appliances, old furnitures, very basic breakfast to say the least. There is an open view toilette within the villa space, yet exposing to everyone else is in that space. Swimming pool is huge -which is the only plus- the rest is unfortunately a memory of its old days.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff. We stayed here for 9 days and it was great. Room needs a bit of maintenance (some update to the shampoo rack, hand towel hangers would be nice) but nothing that really bothers. Floating breakfast is lovely. Strong air con and very close to everything. Best location.

Wunderschöne Villa mit riesigem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit, es wird sich wirklich um alles gekümmert was der Gast möchte. Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen hier und haben es sehr genossen, ein kleines Minus bei der Abwechslung der Auswahl beim Frühstück. Aber ansonsten alles wunderbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder hierher. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub !

3ベッドヴィラに5泊。好きな時にプールも入れて子供達はとても喜んでいた。朝食も鳥の声を聞きながら毎日ステキな時間でした。 しかし、チェックアウトでフロントに行くと、昨日のバスタオルが1枚紛失してる！と言われ、全員のスーツケースを開けてチェックさせられた。盗んでないから、当前バスタオルを出て来ず、、、盗んでいないのに、バスタオル代金払うのもおかしい！清掃後のセッティングミスで最後は終わったが、釈然としないバリ島での最後の事件でした。いいホテルだったけど、、、

환상적인 숙소입니다.

생각보다 낡고, 야외 테이블에 개미가 많았습니다. 욕실 수압이 조금 약했습니다. 그것만 제외하고는 넓은 정원과 수영장, 3개의 침실, 거실 진짜 너무 환상적인 숙소였습니다.

The photos must be from when the villas were brand new. Currently, it doesn’t look this good. The pool could have been cleaner, the water unclear and green. Breakfast was not good.

From the moment we pulled up to Ziva A Boutique Villas we were looked after by all the staff so amazingly well. Always smiling, helpful and efficient. We stayed in villa 3, which could do with a little bit of maintenance (bathroom vanity doors falling off etc) bu all in all we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely come back.

Location was pretty central but the entrance is on a parallel street to the main road, making the map location a bit misleading. The humidity has clearly left some wear and tear on the villa and needs renovation. The staff were responsive and cleaned twice a day but just superficial cleaning didn’t really make much difference. Breakfast was ok but only 1 coffee option which is not standard for the price of this villa compared to others in the same price bracket. Overall ok, but I think this is 30% overpriced based on current state of the villa.

Family villa in Seminyak.

The three bedroom villa at Ziva was perfect for our family of six adults and one infant. Each couple had their own private space and private bathroom. Upon arrival, the pool was low on water, but was filled during our stay to give the waterfall effect and looked so much nicer. The pool was very large compared to other villas I had looked at. There were a few little things wrong - a cupboard not closing properly, the kettle not working properly and no air conditioner in the shared lounge room. The cupboard and the kettle didn’t bother us (we put a bowl on the kettle button to hold it down), but when mentioned to staff about the air conditioner, they quickly bought us a portable one for the room. The management and staff were wonderful. Always greet you with a warm smile and hello. Myself and my son had birthdays there and the staff brought in cakes and sang Happy Birthday. The in villa breakfasts were great. Beds are made every morning and then turn down service in the evenings. Bath towels and pool towels are changed twice daily. Our only regret was that one week at this villa was not long enough.
