Check in was easy, although we arrived early and no one was there so had to walk around for a bit.
Parking was fine very easy, no need to check in the car details or pay.
Room we had was nice, big bed, pretty view, nice bathroom. However, there was food and drink left in the fridge and they didn’t provide hand soap. Just seemed the cleaners didn’t pay much attention.
Gym was pretty good, had plenty of equipment. The massage chairs were however out of use.
Coffee shop inside was lovely, peaceful and served really lovely coffee. Slightly on the pricey side.
Our first night we managed to sleep but the second night I was woken by dripping noises. There was a leak coming from the air vent and roof in the bathroom. It was raining heavy, but when we told staff they didn’t seem bothered. They were apologetic but didn’t seem to know what to do. Until we came back later that day to inform them it’s getting worse. Staff just not very proactive. Our second time asking, they managed to move us to another room. Again very apologetic but did not offer us anything for the troubles and inconvenience it had caused.
That night we were woken to alarms in Korean from outside speakers (assuming it was due to a storm and this could be normal but we are foreigners and didn’t know what to do). The night after that we were woken again from ambulance alarms outside the hotel (again this could be us not used to this things but annoying nonetheless).
Check out was fine. Location decent.
Checked in late around 9.00pm. Staff was very helpful in getting us settled in.

My family loved the stay for an easy and quick access to the room from the lobby entrance and the elevator. They loved the cozy environment, the essential amenities, and the water view the room offers.
The front desk staffers were very friendly and willing to help when I had questions and requests. The hotel seems to have been very well maintained, hence clean and neat overall.
The proximity to hundreds of restaurants (including some famous restaurants) is a huge plus, which definitely saved our time.
My recommendations for improvement are
1) The opening hours for the hotel cafe and the laundry room seem to be limited. Most tourists would not want to do laundry during the daytime as the laundry room hours are from 8am to 8pm. If this is because of the potential noise, I understand.
2) It would be more convenient if there were hooks on the bathroom wall or door to hang towels or clothes.
3) My family wished there had been a bidet. I believe they are used to that from their previous stays in other hotels.since it seems to have become a norm for Korean accommodation.
Overall, I think it was a great value, and we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Property is dated. I would of given 3 stars but I have an extra for the staff. Front desk was very nice and helpful. I was happy to interact as I walked by.
1) The first room we were given had a leak at the base of the toilet. It was disgusting to find within a few minutes of being in the room. The hotel changed our room which was the least they could do. 2) However, the new room had a sink drain which was not attached properly to the sink. It was more a hose loosely fitted to the sink which would suddenly detach when we tried to use sink. We had to use bathtub as the sink. 3) The hanger rack in the closet must have been about 7 feet high. We complained to the staff and were told all the rooms were like this. It was absolutely ridiculous how anyone is supposed to the closet. 4) In the hallway, the hotel was running some kind of aromatherapy but it was just so overpowering. 5) The furniture and towels provided looked very worn and fraying.
The hotel was a HUGE disappointment!
