Staff are not accommodating and cold, all my requests were rejected such as extra pillow. Secondly, the floor towel and the shower towels are treated as same meaning same colour same size. This is not acceptable as the shower towels need to be bigger to cover our heads and body and also to distinguish between floor and body use. It is very unhygienic to do this practise.

아주 만족합니다.

숙소 위치도 아주 좋고 근처에 맛집도 많습니다. 그럼에도 한적하고 붐비지 않아서 더 좋았어요. 중문과 아주 가깝고, 모든 직원분들이 친절 하십니다. 3박동안 룸 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셨고, 1층에 편의점이 있어 아주 편리합니다. 전반적으로 상태도 아주 좋았고, 히터 사용도 문제가 없었어요 수압도 좋습니다.

가성비 좋은 무난한 호텔

잠을 자기에 좋았으나 1층 로비와 연결된 편의점이 이제 은영을 안 하더라구요. 그거 빼면 좋아요. 해변과는 거리가 애매했네요. 서귀포에 들릴 일 있으면 가성비로는 상당히 좋습니다.
