This is a luxurious resort. The pool and hot tubs were excellent. We traveled with a large family group. Each of us had different rooms. If choosing the “nicer” rooms, they are awesome. We stayed in the Charlotte Suites. Excellent and comfortable. What would have made it better would be free laundry in the room or at least access to it. My other family members selected a less expensive room. Their room was quite dated. It was clean and spacious but it was quite a stark difference to our rooms. What a shame. All rooms should be modern. Also, there was no water and ice area on the floors. You had to rely on the room service re-filling your mini fridge. For a hotel that is environmentally conscious, I think the lack of water stations is a miss. They had a sauna on site, but you had to pay for it. That seems ridiculous for what you’re paying for to stay there. Also, there were tiers of seats at the pool. Some seats were free. Other “premium “ seats were not. How silly! It felt like being nickeled and dimed. The property is gorgeous. It led to a beach, which was beautiful to sit and look out into the ocean, however, it is not a swimming beach. We did not eat at the restaurants inside the hotel because the prices were ridiculously high. There are way too many other options nearby to pay those amounts. The free parking was quite convenient, as we rented a car. The staff were extremely friendly. It is a family friendly resort. Overall, it was a nice stay.

What a stunning property! It smelled great, staff were knowledgeable and professional, and the amenities were excellent. The pool area and walking paths to the beach were lovely. There were also lots of places to shop and eat nearby. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nos gustó todo, el personal del hotel super atento, muy servicial, nos gustó mucho, lo único que no nos gustó fue que los niños en la parte honda de la piscina tienen que llevar obligatoriamente chaleco y este monte deja nadar, mi hija no disfrutó mucho de la piscina ya que le gusta nadar y no pudo por llevar el chaleco obligatorio, pero la zona de la piscina está muy bien.

建物の外観やロビー大きなプールなど、リゾートに来たな、と思わせてくれるホテルで満足です。お部屋もとても居心地がよかったです。 また、朝食バイキングの種類が多く、また美味しく朝食を食べにもう一度泊まりたいと思う位です。 空港とホテル間の無料シャトルバスも豪華なバスでよかったですが、空港発のバスを18時半ぐらいにもう1本運行してほしいです。

The cleaning service was absolutely incredible. We traveled with a 2-month-old and a 9-year-old, every time we returned our room was in immaculate condition. The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. Nightly entertainment by the heated pool was fantastic even in chilly May weather. We would absolutely stay again!

가족들과 처음 1박2일로 다녀온 롯데호텔 너무 좋았습니다. 해온풀장은 꿈에서 본 럭셔리한 풀장 그 자체였구요. 실내 수영장또한 따뜻한 온수풀외에 수영경기를 할만한 규모에 가족도 마음에 들어해서 뿌듯했어요. 또한 올레8길과 인접한 걷기코스도 산책으로 적당하였어요. 부페 메뉴도 느무 맛있고 시간가는줄 모르겠더라구요. 테니스장에서 정구 치고 싶었어요

Lovely location. It's a big resort with lots of amenities. It's a bit dated but still fairly well maintained. Would recommend. Breakfast buffet options are the same everyday which was a negative but food was tasty and good variety. Staff were very helpful.
