This was the perfect relaxation getaway. Everything you need is on the property. The staff were amazing and very helpful at every request. We ate breakfast at the lounge each morning and the staff there, including the manager, Brian, went above and beyond each day to ensure we had amazing start to our day. The location is close to beach and walking trail access, an amazing pool onsite and great food at the hotel. Highly recommend for a stay in Jeju.

The lobby, pool and grounds are gorgeous. The room was so large, modern, immaculate. Our deck was huge.(we were at the end). The bathroom was very big with separate toilet and shower and separate bath. The sitting room was large and airy. The bedroom was bright and airy. We loved walking on the path next to the ocean and also taking the path down to the beach. We loved our room and the hotel.

We recently stayed at Parnas Hotel Jeju for two nights, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Every single facility is exceptionally brand-new and spotless, with the swimming pool being a standout highlight. The concierge service deserves special praise for being truly exceptional. The entire staff is remarkably warm, attentive, and possesses flawless English communication skills. When we hit a minor hiccup during our trip, they went above and beyond to help us resolve it with incredible care. My family even wished we could have stayed a few more nights, and we will definitely choose this hotel again without a second thought on our next visit. A truly five-star experience!

This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Korea. The staff were so polite and attentive. The hotel itself is insanely gorgeous and I had a perfect ocean view. It was a bummer that the pool was closed and empty, but other than that the hotel was fantastic!

Incredible resort, near perfect. The staff were incredible, always helpful and polite with any requests. The amenities were too notch.
