Very nice, smaller hotel in a location close to the beach. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear but everything is kept clean. The pool was very nice.

Beautiful location

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was really friendly the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel is perfect distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

I did not like asking for the towel every time. We reserve for 4 people but they keep giving us only 3 towels. Same thing for the bottled water. The room is spacious and the location is nice with restaurants nearby.

7/10. Good: condition of room, good location, cold water dispenser, free 1 soft drink at pool, Bad: too few sunbeds despite room for more! Breakfast not worth the money, cleaning ladies loudly discussion if they had cleaned our room. Great for families with small children, OK for couples. Would consider staying again.

The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtub… We are not returning to this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the surfing beach and various tourist attractions. It's a lovely complex, with a shop, small gym and pool (heated, but only open in certain months). The room we had was fine - slightly tired (stained carpets and various worn areas of the room), and didn't smell great, but we weren't there much and it did the job. The staff were friendly, but I didn't find them that helpful (when asking for a nail salon suggestion for example). We also had a frustrating time in one of the on site restaurants, where they overcharged us for a really basic pasta dish - we tried to argue it but got nowhere. Worth noting that the restaurants are both quite pricey unless you order the Korean sharer food. But there's some good restaurants nearby (would recommend the local Thai!). Overall it's a nice hotel, a little worn, but pleasant and does the job if you're there exploring Jeju.

그저그랬습니다.

전반적으로 5성급은 아니고 3.5성급 느낌입니다. 조식이 3.5만인데 가격대비해서는 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 내부는 바닥이 카페트라서 먼지가 많았고 답답한 느낌이었습니다. 벽색상도 어두침침한 색이라서 올드한 분위기가 많았습니다. 중문에 위치한 점과 수영장보고 선택을 했는데 수영장을 옆에 블룸호텔투숙객도 같이 사용하더군요. 이부분은 매우 실망이었습니다.
