Worse was the over-crowded executive lounge - crazy long wait of at least 30 min so we gave up on our free welcome champagne. There was no offer to send to our room despite the wait. Long queue at breakfast too and paid USD50 per pax so not worth it - could be the weekend but hotel needs to cater for this."
