We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff. Perfect location. Subway is 2 minutes walking distance. All the food, pubs, and shopping was literally right behind the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Hongdae. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. We chose it for the indoor pool, which has a couple of jacuzzi next to it. It was a perfect choice to relax after walking around. Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. I really loved it here! I am a Black American woman and even though there were stares, for the most part, I would go here again! The food at this hotel is amazing and the subway is within a short distance. I really enjoyed myself here! Would recommend!

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

Fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale experience, do this. It’s right on Myeongdong, so if you want to go there, this is your hotel. It’s a smaller hotel but it’s a luxury hotel. While we were visiting the roof, had Jackie Chans car from one of his movies, they had borrowed it so we took some pictures there, which was pretty cool. Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

Good location

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.
