"Fantastic view, comfortable "warm" wood paneled rooms, swimming pool free to use by all hotel guests. Also, last couple of times I stayed I was able to get a free early check in after my long red eye flight (huge relief to relax in a room after a long flight), so definitely will be staying in the future. Prices can vary though with some days being a very good deal and more pricey the others."

"It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"

"Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained. The staff truly stood out as well. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"The hotel was perfect, it was not amenities that we are used to in the United States, but it was perfectly lovely and a great place to stay. They did not have smart TVs and you could not use your room charge at the restaurant, but wonderful location and everything else was wonderful."
