I had an incredible stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The entire experience was wonderful, from the beautiful accommodation to the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make my stay special, and I truly appreciated the level of hospitality. I’m especially grateful to the team for making my birthday visit such a memorable and beautiful experience. I would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

This is our second stay at the Andaz in Gangnam in the past eight months. Previously, we were there for Christmas. Of course it’s a totally different vibe in the summer. However, we thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel has the most helpful and pleasant staff anywhere. The facility is beautiful and in great condition. The amenities are probably among the best. However, we continue to choose this hotel because of its very central location in Seoul. Virtually anywhere you want to be is less than a half hour subway ride away. The Apgujeong neighborhood is the most convenient, walkable, and upscale part of Seoul.

Great hotel with only one minor issue

This hotel has wonderful facilities, and at a great location. The only bad thing I will point out is the universal receptacles because they are overly loose.
