Room was clean. Amenities were good. View was good but bear in mind that a brand new building is being built 1m across the hotel so a lot of rooms might end up walled up. Breakfast was very basic but tasty.

I must say, it was truly a wonderful hotel! Despite some ongoing construction, the staff, the food, and the property were absolutely fantastic. If only the rooftop were better maintained, this place would easily earn a 10/10. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thank you so much from NYC!

Hotel wasn’t anything spectacular. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were not comfortable though as they have spring mattresses and flat soft pillows but the hotel staff did what they could to provide extra pillows. AC worked great for those hot days. Breakfast was a little over priced for what you got but they had a few different selections. Overall not a bad hotel but don’t try and take a taxi there, they won’t find it and tour buses can’t pick you up at the location as the road in front is very tight and they won’t fit.

Location was great, close to transportation which made it easy to get around. Hotel was clean, helpful staff. Our family stayed here with our young children and when one of them unfortunately became sick and threw up, they were quick to tidy up and to provide us with fresh linens despite the late hour. Pool was great. Kids loved it. We had a very early flight and the staff helped us to pre-book our taxi for 3:30am. Great place to stay overall.

Just Ok. Book if the price is affordable but not worth it if prices are high. Pro's: Great location, affordable price, large size room, large size bathroom, late (12 pm) check-out, staff has great english communication skills, large window, no construction noises woke me up/disturbed me during my stay here (3 days) Con's: No shower curtain/glass separating shower (floor always get's soaked), clear stains on towels, bedding, and walls, room cleaning not daily, single elevator (long waits at peak times), outlet's are not located in convenient locations, lack of full size/large mirror, not a good location for taxi dropoff/pick up as it's in an alley and you have to walk about 1-2 min (not far) to get to the main street.

We checked into our first room and the air conditioning did not work. When we informed the staff they were helpful but said they couldn’t switch our rooms until the morning. It was a painfully hot night but we understood that it would be tough to switch us the evening of our check in. Besides that issue the hotel was great. Super clean and friendly staff.

it’s ok hotel but it feels like resort type hotels in tropical destinations, not cozy at all with the tiled floors, like a room rental. Location is well situated but was a bit weird at first due to the small alley ways. All in all, staffs were great just the overall vibe of the room that feels not premium.
