The room was dirty, and dusty. We we arrived the lobby staff took a 10 minute phone call in the middle of us checking in and we thought that was rude. The bed was cozy, but the room was very dirty on the walls. In the bathroom the paint was peeling by the tub.

I recommend

Beautiful property and perfect location. However, it might be a cultural thing but you will not experience the same kind of welcome you feel in America. People will not greet you. Room is a lil smaller than I expected and I’m an airline employee that travels the world. Room was cleaned daily and sheets were replaced. I would definitely recommend just wanted to highlight certain things so travelers are aware. Ps: I didn’t recognize that there was mold on my bathroom ceiling. I can tell they didn’t pay attention to detail when cleaning. Over all a clean property

We chose this hotel mainly for its location near the DDP, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, aside from the location, the experience was disappointing. The hotel is in poor condition, looking old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue. Even though we put up the “please clean my room” sign every day, our room was never cleaned during our two-week stay. The bed was only made about four times, and while fresh towels were provided, no actual cleaning was done. The air-conditioning unit was dirty and triggered allergic reactions for me (I have asthma), so I had to sleep with a mask at night. The bed itself was very hard and uncomfortable, even for Korean standards. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly. However, the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance really affected our stay. I’ve stayed in better 2-star hotels, and I hope management addresses these issues.

Great location. Close to a station with 3 lines so easy to get around. Flat ground to station so good for suitcases. My room had a musty smell which only went away after 2 days and getting a room freshener myself. But it was a good size and everyrhing worked fine. The staff were lovely and always assisted me including finding a sock that went missing from my laundry. We stayed 10 days in total and it was a completely adequate stay.

The room was incredibly dirty when I was checked in. There were dusty everywhere, floor, shower room, bath tub, even on the bed sheet.I told the staff to change the room but unfortunately, there were no available room. So, I asked for cleaning my room asap, the staff promised. But there were no one came to clean. An hour later, I told the staff again about my unclean room. They apologized me again and promised to clean my room. So, I went out and come back later night. MY ROOM STILL DIRTY AS BEFORE.
