The hotel rooms are fine, and are comfy enough. The rooms are cleanly, but pretty bare. Convenient location for single travellers. The washroom for the single bed rooms are very tight.

Great location and service, but room comfort could

I had a good stay at Hotel Venue G. The location is excellent — very walkable and close to two subway lines. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in good condition. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and cleaning could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Very good hotel in a great area for food and shopping. Walk everywhere from Myeongdong to City Hall and Gwanghwamun. Great food options nearby at very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to people looking for a more local feel away from tourists. The back alley ways give you a taste of Seoul’s past. If you don’t want to see that you can just stay on the main roads Cheonggyecheon-ro and steam right in front of the hotel. Daily house keeping with fresh towels and bottled water was excellent. I really enjoyed this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Only downside for us was the water pressure for the shower and all the construction around the hotel. The noise wasn’t too bad but construction never stopped even on rainy days. Overall an excellent place to stay, comfortable room with a king bed and I almost gave it a 5 star all the way across.

Decent stay in Seoul. Pretty close to almost everything from shopping, night market with amazing street food scene & transit. So easy to navigate wheather navigating just in the city or outside of Seoul. Staff are very nice & easy to deal with. I will definitely come back & stay again.

There are bus and subway stops near by the hotel, so it’s very convenient to access to various locations in Seoul. About 100 meters from the hotel, there is a 7-11, where you can buy accessories, like toothpaste, toothbrush, and disposable slippers, where are not provided by the hotel. About 300 meters away, there are food streets, where you can enjoy the local foods around.

Location was quite good as it was next to two stations, easy to walk to the palaces and hanok areas. Cleanliness of the common area and room was lacking. Handful of stains were found in the hallway carpet leading to our room (level 8). We had to get our bedsheets changed as there were a lot of stains on them. Staff member came in with boots into our room and changed the sheets promptly, but still had stains unfortunately. Good thing we brought our house slippers from home. We had also found used food skewers and candy under our bed… not ideal. Front desk staff is very helpful.
