My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 28. The hotel is beautiful and is located in a very central location in Myeongdong. The room was very modern and comfortable and a good size for an urban hotel. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. Being a huge movie fan, I really appreciated the film theme throughout the hotel. Would absolutely choose this hotel again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel28 Myeongdong. It was the perfect place to land and get our bearings at the beginning of our trip. The location is great, close to all the Myeongdong happens, yet it’s tucked in on a quieter street. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and always ready to assist. The concierge, Matthieu, was especially helpful, and we so appreciated his guidance regarding things around the neighborhood. All in all, this is a lovely hotel with first class accommodations and service. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. Right where all the action is. Staff were very helpful. Having din tae Feng on the 2nd floor was a real bonus. I’d def stay there again!

People were amazing and the service was excellent. Since cocktails are a rarity in Seoul, we setup a small bar in our room for nightcaps before bed. They were nice enough to bring ice every single night and someone is at the door 30 seconds from hanging up the phone. Location is about as central to the Myeongdong hub as you could possibly imagine. Just a great little boutique hotel with an amazingly good location. Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of the bussle!

The hotel was in the middle of Myeongdong with lots of restaurants, food stalls, and shops nearby. Since we only had two full days in Seoul, we enjoyed the area surrounding the hotel, and the rooms were quiet at night even though the restaurants were open until 1 or 2 am. The hotel is in a narrow pedestrian street so the taxis had some difficulty dropping or picking us up. The Expedia confirmation was confusing as it showed what we “paid” and what was left to “pay”. Since the hotel said the first “payment” was a deposit paid to Expedia and should be reversed, it charged us the full amount. I had to search 9 months of credit card statements to confirm this which was stressful after a 12-hour flight. Regardless of this issue with Expedia, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would return again.

The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and despite being located in a bustling neighborhood, it was remarkably quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location is also outstanding, conveniently close to many tourist attractions and just a short walk from several metro stations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
