It was a very pleasant stay overall. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only time that I felt a bit outward was the last day in lobby when I was waiting for my taxi holding my little granddaughter. I was going to ask a man in dark suit uniform. But he completely ignored me. I did not get his name as my granddaughter started to get fussy. Other than it, it was very good.

I can’t say enough about this property. The staff, the hotel, the rooms, the food everything fabulous. As a 61 year old woman traveling by herself in Seoul they were so helpful in helping me get around by myself and ensuring I had a taxi for me to return back to the hotel. Never posted a review before but I had to let them know how wonderful they are.
