We used this hotel as a base for our stay in Seoul. We were made very welcome at check in by Lyn Woo and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Nice hotel in a good location with access to transport very easy.

Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. I've always liked the Mercure brand hotels whenever I travel. The room is always clean, comfortable with functional spaces. Unlike other hotels with similar size, this one is not loud and it doesn't feel like you are suffocating in the room. I will come back! Also the staff at this location is extremely polite and friendly! 10/10!

We did not have the free snack they mentioned in the message we found inside the room (until our friends checked and realised there was indeed pringle chips as free snack in the room). This is a very good basic hotel. Front desk staff are lovely, and helpful. Room sizes are small. Location is convenient for transport - but extremely hectic and busy. Likely a great option for young adults who are looking to party, shop and drink in Hongdae area. Was not a fantastic choice for us middle aged folks - although proximity to subway/bus and Mangwon market was nice. Housekeeping staff were very friendly but there were a couple of times that items were not replaced. Good basic hotel, no luxuries.
