Love it, staff are nice, location is very convenient
Rooms were clean, laundry conveniently located on the 3rd floor which makes it easy. Whilst the rooms were on the smaller size, it did have a nice Japanese-homey type feel to it.
Amazing place to stay! Super close many food places and restaurants. Staff was super kind and amazing and was always willing to help. Room was clean. Highly recommend the BBQ place right on the corner.
Great stay in central Seoul. The service was attentive and quick to respond. The space was a little tight if you have a lot of luggage but otherwise a great stay.
It was a fabulous stay with family, plenty of room, kitchen, great amenities, near City Hall station and also walking distance to lots of places nearby, including myenddong, insa-dong, palaces etc. Check in and check out was quick and easy.
I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, kind, and very helpful. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit. The hotel is very clean and comfortable it felt like I was home. Would definitely stay here again.
The flat is new and clean. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There was a small problem with the toilet, but the staff are helpful and it was solved in the next day. My family and I were happy to stay here.
Had an amazing time here! Plenty of space, though some of the beds were slightly less comfortable and there was no couch for our guest with accessibility needs, otherwise the floors were warmed and there were plenty of supplies to meet our dining needs.
Overall clean and conveniently located.
Close to Public transport, which is much easier to get around in in Seoul.
If I come back, I would stay here again
This was a beautiful property centrally located near many public transit systems including bus and subways. The accommodations looked just as pictured. Hotels in the area are always a little smaller but the pictures were accurate. I didn’t realize it was near City Hall and we happens to visit on Founders Day and Chuseok. Some businesses near our area were closed for a full week, lots of protests near us, church in the middle of the street and public events and rally’s that cause delays and traffic. I would research holidays and events happening near city hall before you book! Overall the hotel itself was great, any other time and the location would have been perfect!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Location is great, very close to the City Hall station, room is very clean and new.
Though the sound proofing is weak, can hear noise from next room talking, walking.
It looks like it’s a very old apartment remodeled into an apartment hotel. The building and elevator itself is “original”, so super dated but inside the unit is nice and new. The building entrance is unlocked at all times and is connected to a bar/karaoke place (the karaoke back door opens directly into the elevator lobby of this building), so security is iffy. I sometimes see random people smoking outside and walking inside the building. The UH Suite lobby is on the 3rd floor and the front desk staff attitude is a hit and miss. Some staff are nice, some are so-so. It’s about a 20 min walk from the Myeongdong shopping area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite which is decent. However, with the price that we paid ($400-$500 USD a night), I would book two hotel rooms in the main Myeongdong area instead next time when I go to Seoul, for a better location, service, facility, amenities and security.
This hotel is located on a side street which was good. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near subways, restaurants, convenience stores as well as cultural attractions.
We went as a family of 5 and only had 2 dishes until we requested more. Furniture is the common room was scant but if you aren't going to watch their large screen TV it was okay. The bedrooms are minimal as well as closet space.
If we were to return, we would consider re-booking with this hotel.
Clean room, complete amenities - nice shower gel, microwave/ stove (did not use), 2 mini fridges, had to request for iron and provided promptly, comfy beds, friendly staff and free laundry facilities at reception level. We chose the 8 ppl room although there was 6 of us so we had a bit more space. It was good to stay as a family. Common area was aesthetic but I am not sure practical (floor sitting and stone walkway) but thats fine, minor. Other than the main room which had 2 queens and ensuite, the other two rooms were small, no space to open a luggage, which we worked around, we placed in the common area and walk way so not an issue, just an observation. Location was great, close to bus and trains, convenience store, McDonalds and Olive Young and cafes were also a stone throw away.
From the outside, it is definitely unassuming. The lift was quite small, you can also take the stairs up but there is a restaurant on the second level so food / storage smell is evident. The walk to the hotel has a few restaurants so there is rubbish around and it just didnt feel quite clean (unrelated to the hotel). There are no views from the room. We were on the fifth floor and did not encounter any noise from the restaurants.
