The hotel is convenient to shopping and dining, right off the Myeongdong shopping streets. The hotel is split into 3 buildings. We reserved the annex, without the spa and it was perfect with 2 separate rooms, clean abd comfortable. The staff are helpful and quick to reply on WhatsApp.

Proximity to myeongdong center is the best! You can literally just walk and go around where you need to go! Rooms are cleans and very relaxing, comfy beds and the spa is a plus!

Excellent location. Spacious suite (there were 4 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms). Water pressure is good. Daily housekeeping and clean towels. Free laundry provided by hotel. The only drawback is the lack of privacy due to the glass shower door.

Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. I stayed in the Royal Grand Suite and was very satisfied with the room—it was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the bathroom, which didn’t have a proper place to hang clothes or towels for use after a shower, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely consider staying here again.

the kids love the spacious room and of course the spa! the guy at the reception was very helpful to assist in locating nearby private carparks as we do not have a korean credit card. laundry is also done by the hotel reception i.e. no waiting for the washer and dryer!
