we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

엄마랑 푹 잘 쉬구 티타임부터 저녁 조식까지 야무지게 먹다가 갑니다:) 객실이 깨끗하고 어디 멀리 나와있는 느낌이 들었어요 자연속에 있어서 산책도 하기 좋고 너무 조용해서 편히 쉬었습니다

편안하고 조용하게 너무나 잘 쉬고왔어요. 직원분들 모두들 아주 많이 친절하십니다.(리셉션, 라운지바, 하우스키핑, 셔틀 기사님들, 모든 부서별 직원분들 감사했어요!) 13세이상 투숙가능이라 정말 휴식을 위해 오기 너무나 좋구요. 멀티룸(포켓볼, 여러종류 보드게임) 라이브러리(다양한 책들)수영 헬스장이용하고 오후의 티타임, 저녁 라운지바, 조식까지 알차게 잘 지내다 왔어요. 다음에 또 방문하려구요! 감사합니다!

다른 5성급 호텔을 생각하고 오면 조금 실망할수 있습니다. 라운지에서 간식시간, 해피아워, 조식 다 먹는데 일단 라운지가 작기도 작고 식탁을 다닥다닥 붙여놔서 꽤 왁자지껄 합니다. 간식시간에는 과자 몇가지와 마카롱 2종류, 브라우니와 탄산수, 콜라, 단백질 음료 정도 있었고 해피아워 때는 3가지 종류의 와인과 맥주 2종류 정도에 칵테일 만들수 있도록 되어 있고 핫도그, 닭날개구이, 단호박무스, 견과류, 감자칩, 육포

호캉스로 조용히 쉬고오기 참 좋은 숙소였습니다. 1963년 부터 이어온 역사가 있는 숙박시설로 조용히 쉬고오려는 목적에 딱 부합하는 숙소였던것 같습니다. 이동시 셔틀 요청하면 G80으로 이동이 가능했고, 더글라스아워는 주류가 무제한 제공인것도 마음에 들었습니다. 침대도 넓고 편해서 숙면하기 좋았고, 호텔직원 서비스도 친절해서 부족함이 없었습니다. 다음에 서울에서 조용히 쉬고 싶을때 또 기억하고 찾으려고 합니다.

1. 숲속 단층 건물에 있어 베란다에 흙먼지가 많음. 2. 아침식사가 가격대에 비해 부실함. 핫디쉬가 익힌야채, 소시지, 베이컨 끝. 3. 더글라스하우스보다 차라리 멀리로 숲을 바라보는 워커힐이 청량했던 느낌. 그 기억이 좋아서 좀더 숲속에 가까운 더글라스를 선택했으나 저층, 구축의 한계가 있었음. 4. 아침식사는 1인당 36000원을 지불하면 더뷔페로 변경 가능.

객실은 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 호텔스닷컴에 공사 공지가 없었는데, 공사를 진행하고 있어서 일부 이동 동선의 어려움이 있었어요. 워커힐 이용 시, 제대로 된 숙박 및 시설 안내가 미흡한 느낌이 있는데 그래도 친절하신 직원분들 덕분에 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다.
