"The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges.

"Reception staff was very obliging when I asked to stay longer in the room as my plane was 23.20 from KLIA to London. Most hotels will charge for having extension and this place they are quite relax with us. We love the eateries round the hotel and is a good stop from the airport."

"部屋は清潔だしスタッフの対応も良いです。ただ初日、シャワーの使い方が分からず、スタッフを寄越してくれると言われたきり誰も来ず(シャワーの出し方はその後自分で理解)。部屋にある内線はかけてもつながりませんでした。歩いてショッピングモールまで行きたい場合、大きな道路を渡る必要があるのでちょこちょこ出掛けたい人にはあまりオススメではないかもしれません。"

"I didnt feel i was welcome by the Indian receptionists, seemed they were looking down upon me.
