First impressions; I have stayed at many a rixos hotels, in fact I always mainly opt for the Rixos Brand. This hotel has totally changed my view of the Rixos hotels, I would probably rate this a 3 star.
Same food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, no variety.
Atmosphere in the hotel was quite dull.
Drinks round the pool took forever rhat most of the time we just got ourselves , they had two on skates who were doing the drinks but poor boys were also making them too so clearly they were limited on staff.
The entertainment- singers every night- dull.
The Tepyanaki restaurant, def not worth 25euros per person so donโt bother.
The Grill restaurant, they made the plates look posh but it was basically the same food from the buffet restaurant, where they get you is the paid wine list, again donโt bother very spenny.
The buffet restaurant wasnโt the cleanest, understand itโs a kids free hotel but at least clean up after in the restaurant.
Our room was in the orintenal part of the hotel - so basically the furthest out.
They had two power cuts, and one was during the night, so all you heard was the generator all night with what sounds like you were in a war shelter.
No irons or ironing board in room.
Overall experience- average stay, hotel and stay didnโt align with the Rixos Brand.
