We were very happy with your stay at Dogana. The staff were incredibly helpful, sharing lots of local information on places to go and restaurants. The breakfast was very generous and there was something for everyone to eat. The shower was good with good pressure. You do need a car from here as you are several kms from the old town sites. We would recommend this hotel whilst taking a short trip to San Marino.

The hotel is cosy and comfortable. The room are clean. It is near San Marino centre, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes. It can be difficult to find a parking place.

Great experience

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was located close to a bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The beds were a little stiff and not the most modern finishes. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel as a family, 1 night, 2 rooms. Very nice staff, clean rooms. The walls are a bit thin, and the late night conversations of loud guests could be heard from the room next door. Other than that everything was fine.

Needs renovation desperately

This is a no frills hotel that just about works. Everything is old. The air con did not work. The fridges in the room were poor. The aircon unit iflooded in our room and a roof tile fell whilst we were asleep. Whilst the staff were apologetic, it had obviously happened before. Samuel was very helpful.

Hôtel d'accès assez facile depuis l'autoroute, avec une présence à la réception jusqu'à minuit. Avons apprécié l'accueil et le sourire du personnel ( mention spéciale pour les 2 jeunes filles très sympas du bar et de la réception) Petit déjeuner buffet copieux, notamment pour le côté sucré Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personale cordiale, disponibile e professionale, ci siamo da subito sentiti accolti ed al centro delle attenzioni, le camere sono ampie pulitissime e climatizzate, abbiamo trovato il climatizzatore già acceso ed impostato per una temperatura ottimale, la colazione al mattino è stata varia ed abbondante, nel complesso è stata una vacanza molto rilassante per la quale conserveremo uno splendido ricordo anche grazie alla struttura ed all'accoglienza del personale, non posso fare altro che consigliare questa struttura ai prossimi clienti con l'augurio che si possano godere, così come ho fatto io e la mia famiglia, della confortevole cortesia e professionalità offerta dai gestori.
