The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Das Hotel ist ländlich, aber sehr gut zu Volterra, San Gimniagno, Siena, Casole und Colle di Val d' Elsa,.. und ruhig gelegen von den Zimmern hat man einen schönen Blick auf die sanfthügelige Landschaft.
