โWhat a real gem. We only stayed one night on our way to Kruger. From reception to the person sweeping the grounds we were treated excellent. Breakfast was great and definitely plentiful. We highly recommend staying here. โ

The reception staff went above and beyond when we forgot our jackets in the hotel. They promptly shipped them to our next hotel. That type of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Fusion Team!โ
โEvery one was so friendly. Checkin was fast no problems. There was someone to help with luggage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the chocolate on the bed every day. The food was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. โ

โThe self-catering cottages are in an attractive environment. There appears to be an absence of management of the lodge. The gas bottle for the hot plate was empty. There were no towels. The TV was audible but the images were distorted. there was lots of hot water, thankfully.โ
