“Room was very clean the host was very prompt to any questions or concerns, location was close to the marina area maybe a 10-15 walk did 2 great boat tour. He even gave us a ride to the train station thank you again. We enjoyed La Spezia. ”

Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

The apartment was perfectly situated — just a short walk from the train station, which made visiting the other Cinque Terre villages incredibly easy. “Surprised to see the hundreds of staircases down to the apartment with all the luggage by my hand, then encountered with the spectacular view of Ligurian sea. The weather was perfect at the time during the stay (End of September). You can wine and dine with the beautiful Mediterranean Sea breeze. 10 minutes bus ride to the heart of Riomaggiore, very first village of Cinque Terre from La Spezia side.
