Clean room, Great Staff, literally right next door to a convenience store. Also great amenities so would stay there again

The Wifi was terrible, couldn’t get it most of the time. The breakfast was too expensive for what they offered. Hotel located very close to the train station and the port.

There were public baths at the hotel, but we ran into get one last soak before check out and they were already closed forCleaning. We still had half an hour before our checkout so we would’ve loved to have a few minutes to relax our bodies after walking all day the day before.

Staying at this hotel made riding the train easy, and there were many options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was clean and I had all I needed. I thought that the design of the bathroom faucet was strange. I couldn't leave it on, except at full strength. I found that inconvenient.

A gem for a family of 4 traveling. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the onsen is great. I’m not Japanese but I know clean and when something is well cared for. The sauna is great. The onsen was never too busy and the water was clean. Breakfast was not great but the onsen makes it worth it.
