"I checked in for one night with my two children. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. The first room was horrible. The second room was just as bad but the sheets/pillows were at least clean. I will never go back here. I’m sorry."

"The front desk lady was a doll! However, our room was not great, bathroom door wouldn't close, shower water temperature was never hot, the AC was not consistent with the temperature, and the AC vents made a terrible noise. The most disappointing aspect was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of our room, after seeing all the THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. I had my kids with me and they couldn't stand the smell, so that was a HUGE red flag for me."

After a couple of minutes, I asked her if anyone was working the desk and she said yes me,what do you need? I should've turned around and walked out then but it was late and I was tired. "Our room was poorly cleaned when we arrived. there was hair between the sheets, there was a hole in the bathroom door with more hair stuck into it. Pool was out of service, no AC around the building and the one from the room wasn't really cooling much, the lady at the front desk was good, before check in i asked if i could upgrade the room but there wasn't really any bigger rooms available at the time but that's fine"

"This hotel was conveniently located five minutes from the airport. The staff was amazing, the rooms spacious, complimentary breakfast available, and the airport shuttle were all great! I would recommend that the rooms are cleaned a little better. The microwave was stained, dirt smudges on bathroom wall/door handles, and the carpet or something had a faint mildew smell. Overall, if you are flying in and want to be close to the airport with shuttle service it’s convenient."
