위치가 애매하고 추워요
일단 위치가 관광지로 가기 애매해서 엄청 걸었습니다. 길거리에 동양인 한명도 못봤고 근처 식당들은 영어 하나도 못해요. 남자 직원인지 사장님인지는 친절했는데 여자직원은 인종차별인지 원래 성격인건지 인사도 안하고 먼저 인사해도 엄청 띠껍습니다. 청소 해주시는 하우스키퍼 분이 제일 친절하고 엄청 깔끔하게 치워주셔요. 방은 엄청 추워요 건물 자체가 밖보다 춥고 히터 29도로 해놓으면 온도 안올라가서 하루종일 돌아갑니다... 그래서 엄청 건조해요!! 여기서 며칠 묵는 동안 감기걸려서 개고생했어요ㅜㅜ 숙소는 세비야 전통적인 느낌나고 전반적으로 예쁜데 위치 진짜 헬이고(스페인광장까지 25분이라고 나오는데 40분은 걸립니다) 걷는거 좋아하고 자신있는 분, 동양인 아예 없는 곳이 좋은분, 몸에 열 많으신분은 알맞겠네요

방이 넓고 분위기는 좋으나 우풍이 심해서 추울 계절엔 비추.
호텔 전반적인 분위기는 동남아 같지만 방 내부는 깔끔하고 나쁘지 않았음. 쇼파도 있고 넓은 편임. 수압은 다소 약한편이고 조식먹는 공간은 인테리어가 깔끔하고 종류가 많아서 좋았음. 다만 조식 가능한 시간이 짧아서 부담스러웠음. 방 내 창문으로 새는 우풍이 너무 심해서 추운 계절에는 비추임. 11월에도 찬바람이 슬슬 들어옴.

처음에 숙소 도착했을때 숙소가 너무 예뻐서 놀랬어요. 바로 체크인 후 방에 들어가는데 방 정리가 안되있어서 당황.. 아직 청소중인 분들이 있어서 짐만 놓고 밥먹고 왔는데 그대로더라구요ㅎㅎㅎ 그래서 얘기해서 방을 바꿨어요. 바꾼방은 매우 깨끗했어요. 숙소가 관광지와는 조금 거리가 있지만 보러다니는데는 문제없었어요! 그리고 숙소 옆에 작은 음식점이 있는데 매우 맛있어요!!! 가게된다면 한번쯤 들려보세요:)

Very good locations, lots of bars and restaurants, very lively. Rooms are very clean, AC, only little minus is that walls are very thin, you hear other guests coming home or leaving and windows open to court yard - so no privacy really if your windows are open, but you can use the AC instead. We would definitely recommend this Hotel

Lovely area and building, comfortable room and bed. My only complaint would be the noise of other people staying in the property between the hours of 00:00-05:00 outside our door - one night we even had someone for around 15mins try and get into our room trying their card and our door handle unsucessfully at around 03:30 in the morning.

Very conveniently location, walkable to the tourist spots. The breakfast is nice. The parking is difficult to get in and out, and have to pay 20 euro a night.

La chambre 116 pas de fenêtre ! dans le dressing, la lumière s'allumait jour et nuit! problème réglé au 2 eme jour. Sinon tout est ok, propreté impeccable.

Si piensas dormir en Sevilla, este es tu hotel.
El hotel se encuentra en un enclave único. En una de las plazas con más historia y vida de la ciudad como es la Alameda y próximo a los monumentos y edificios más relevantes para visitar. Su interior es muy especial y acogedor. Muy tranquilo y con un equipo de profesionales que hacen de tu estancia algo especial. Muy recomendable.

Nice clean, friendly staff.
Position very close to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately area although bustling a bit run down and there’s a lot of graffiti. A popular dog walking area where some do not clean up after there pooches, so need to be careful where you walk. About a 20 minute walk to Monument area of Seville. Hotel air con very good, courtyard areas are cool, although a bit on the dark side, but this is why it’s cool. Room okay, internet was excellent. Quiet no noise from the outside bars and restaurants.

Didn't like the parking set-up. Getting in and out of parking garage within narrow passage ways from street into and out of the parking garage and space to maneuver the car into the parking space is difficult, due to lack of space in parking garage. What I liked was the sitting areas throughout the inside of the hotel, especially the decor of hanging plants and flowers throughout and within the sitting areas. Very well-maintained and clean hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Great customer service.

Hôtel historique qui à été la demeure d'un artiste, il y a plusieurs patios fleuris, l'hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est super gentil et aimable, les dames du ménage , et a l'accueil, nous avons dû partir très tôt pour prendre le train on nous a préparé un sac , tout était parfait. De plus la place Hercules est très vivantes et il y a un très grand choix de restaurants....

Buena ubicación y cómodo
El hotel está bien ubicado, cuenta con elevador y personal continuo para check-in-out con. Éramos tres personas adultas en una habitación y fue cómodo, las camas cómodas y con una ventana de madera que bloqueaba la luz (aunque el letrero de la salida de emergencia genera una luz fluorescente). El tanque del WC tenía que ser descargado completamente, de lo contrario el tanque no sellaba y el agua continuaba saliéndose, no sólo desperdiciando agua pero también generando un ruido incómodo para quien estaba durmiendo cerca de la pared del banio. Y, aunque no es posible que el staff mismo del hotel se responsabilice del comportamiento de sus huéspedes, puedo decir que hubo una noche en que dos huéspedes fueron muy ruidosas y estuvieron así por no sé cuánto tiempo (me puse mis ear-plugs) para poder dormir. This hotel is built around a very pretty courtyard however the hotel rooms don't have windows or a balcony.

This is a ‘quirky’ hotel, with apparently most rooms facing into a courtyard which is open to the sky, but no outside windows. That said, we enjoyed our stay and one of the advantages of this arrangement is that the rooms stay relatively cool, on what we’re very hot days during our stay. They are also quiet, which was handy because our stay coincided with the final of the Copa Del Ray football tournament, so the area and city generally, was heaving with football fans!

What a fantastic stay in a fabulous hotel. The staff were impeccable- especially the front desk staff. Was an oasis to come back to after a day sightseeing. Rooms are based around internal courtyards with tables and chairs to relax. Shutters high up keep the hot sun at bay but are pulled back once the sun has passed beaming down - so lovely. At night all the lights come on and it is just fabulous. I stayed in room 10. Lovely big room, great aircon, comfortable bed and pillows - exceptionally clean with a fridge to keep your own things in. Bathroom was lovely and modern with fantastic shower pressure. Just a beautiful place to wake up in and come back to. Rooftop bar with great views. Sightseeing tour bus stop 2 mins away. Walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar - a lovely straightforward stroll in 10-15mins. Setas de Sevilla a short 5 mins away - fantastic location. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel. Great feel and vibe. This was a real find. If I return to Seville, which I plan to, I will stay here again and cannot rate the hotel highly enough.

Quiet oasis in lively neighborhood
Although the hotel is located right next to buzzing Alameda de Hércules, the room we had in the 2nd court yard, 2nd floor was so quiet. No street noise thanks to noise cancelling windows and also few neighbors during the time of our visit. The room was much more spacious than what we expected (may have been a complementary upgrade). Also friendly staff at all times.

Gezellig hotel, op een leuke locatie. De bezienswaardigheden allemaal dichtbij, de meeste op loopafstand. Prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, gezellige sfeer.

Great location and helpful staff. Not far from the city centre or the main attractions. Perfectly location for dining options, without being in the middle of all the tourists.

La entrada es parcialmente accesible
Soy usuaria de silla de ruedas y cuando reservamos decía que el lugar era accesible e incluso tiene una habitación accesible, pero cuando llegamos no tenían rampa en el acceso principal que tenía varios peldaños. Al hacer presente la situación pusieron una rampa móvil en la entrada, pero igual quedó un escalón al interior donde necesitaba ayuda para subir y bajar. Me restaba autonomía. El baño bien accesible, a ras de suelo, con cortina de plástico y se debe solicitar una silla adicional para el baño.
