I needed an extra sheet for separate twins and only waited 3mins for it. Owner was pleasant and so helpful. Location had a waterfall behind it and this was my favorite town in all of Iceland. This was a walkable town with great restaurant locations near stay. Can’t say enough about how beautiful this location is.

We travelled mid- September. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient for walking the town or accessing hiking trails. The view from the guesthouse is fabulous. The host was on site when we arrived and back again in the morning which was nice. The kitchen and eating area were fabulous. We had the opportunity to do our laundry. We had a room upstairs and there was one WC and a separate shower area. There was a second shower downstairs. Bonus points for a great coffee machine so I could start the day with a cappuccino.

Wonderful from the moment we arrived. So welcoming, lovely homely informal atmosphere. Best kitchen of the trip. Superb room and bathroom, the prettiest village. Laundry out of order only slight issue, otherwise perfect.
