"Infarten och receptionen hjorde oss väldigt tveksamma och man undrade vart vi kommit. Men väl incheckade och trevlig rundvandring på anläggningen så ändrades uppfattningen. Rummet var helt fantastiskt, fina små pooler och trevlig bar. Restaurangen var lite som en skolmatsal. Lite tråkig frukost, lunchen var okej men inte mer och middagen var bra. "Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. The receptionist was surly, abrupt and generally unpleasant. No welcoming smile, I felt like we were a burden. The room was full of mosquitos. The bed was a bit like sleeping on a blanket covered rock and only 2 pillows. Breakfast the first morning... my husband is a diabetic and is not able to eat any of the cakes and...

"My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely. "The expectation was of a 4star apartment.The reality was a basic 2star! I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel."
