โBasic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. โ
โThe property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. โ
โLove everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We werenโt able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....
โThis is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.โ

โHotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. "My stay at this hotel was exceptionally pleasant, largely due to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The variety was outstanding, with delicious options from Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Western cuisines. It was a delightful way to start each day.
The pool was a bit chilly, but it didn't bother me at all. The sauna provided a perfect way to warm up afterward, making the pool experience still enjoyable. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering excellent service and amenities.
Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay. The combination of excellent food, relaxing facilities, and top-notch service made for a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
