“I was a little nervous about the “no check-in desk” (only emailed codes for the main entry and room doors) but it all worked out fine. The room was decorated interestingly. The scent of the soap/Shampoo was not for us, but the staff came minutes after we emailed them to remove it. Coffee shop is great. Location can’t be beat. Owner sat out on the porch one day chatting with guests. Friendly guy!”

“The room was good and conveniently located on the main street. We stayed for four nights and on the first night we were woken up at 5:00am by construction on the roof. We were given no warning and no compensation. So that was annoying and disappointing. Other than that, the stay was good.”

“What a nice "find" among Stratford's hold house inns and b&bs. We stayed in the luxury suite which was spacious, clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet even though it faces one of Stratford's main thoroughfares (great soundproofing). Plus the most quiet, comfortable air system we've ever encountered. Free parking, within walking distance to downtown's restaurants and shops (try Fellini's for Italian, Features for breakfast or lunch). “The property was very close to Stratford’s Avon Theater and to restaurants. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good, healthy and presented well. The property is aging and our room was quite small. Overall a pleasant experience!”

Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.”
