"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. "The hotel has poor access for almost 5 kms -unpaved road, very difficult to reach. Rooms are at different levels -not easily accessible. This information should be provided at booking time so one can make an informed choice . Hotel is very far from Sheki city"
