"Property is pretty but unless you only go to Disney it’s really far from everywhere else. The reason why I rated 3 stars because the toilet and room key was a night mare. The young man worked on march 10 was amazing man that helped us with taxi rescue. He tries real hard to communicate with us even though he was struggle with English which we appreciated him very much. He was the only one that made our trip pleasant while in Shanghai. "

A young lobby staff named a John helped us communicate, he is Chinese who studied English. It was extremely disappointing they would not give us a ride back to the airport when your website clearly states “free airport shuttle” ..we had to pay a lot for a taxi. And have to mention the Hotel bus is inexcusably filthy. When we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel we were quite disturbed by the trash on the bus floor and in seats "
