"The best thing going for this property is its location. The rooms were not particularly clean and staff and housekeeping seem disorganized. We would return to our room with missing floor mat for the washroom or dirty towels. Of the 4 nts at least 2 our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. Breakfast is pretty good but the tables were often dirty and there is often lack of glasses or mugs for drinks. The elevator is a major issue in the morning and evening when guests are checking in and out."

"As an American traveling to Shanghai, this hotel was perfect for us. The staff spoke English and the breakfast was very multi-cultural, allowing our somewhat picky kids to find tasty things to eat while offering an amazing assortment of new foods to try. Having the hotel located in the airport was a major plus, although signage could have been better. Amazingly, for being located at the airport, this was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!"
