It's in the most convenient location, with many dinning and shopping options. Food is excellent at the club lounge, great breakfast buffet spread in the lobby and delicious snacks at the Jazz Bar. Best hotel I have ever stayed in the world. The service is out of this world. The room is extremely comfortable. I have travelled and toured the world in the last 30 years often in 4-5 stars hotels. I must say that the Fairmont Peace will remain very special in my memory. It is worth the splurge. Also it has the best location if you want to walk around the Bund.
