“The owners could not have been more helpful The propery was spotless and free parking on site was a great bonus The location was very good within easy walking distance to all local amenities The steps could be a problem if your mobility is limited, but this was pointed out when booking All on all a great place to stay”

“The room we stayed in was clean, modern and well equipped. Upon arrival there was milk and water in the fridge plus cake. Tea, coffee water and biscuits were replenished every day. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu which was delicious. Although there are three rooms in the property, there is only off road parking available for two cars and one car blocks the other in. “As always a lovely stay, with friendly staff & excellent food!”

“A band was playing until 11.10pm on Friday night which was above the legal 11pm time limit.. (this was the time I was told this would be the time the band would finish. My room was above the band- so it's worth avoiding that room! It was called “Port” Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean. Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up. The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly”

“We really enjoyed our night here. The owners and their staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend.”

“Really lovely place to stay, lots of nice features - honesty bar with QR code to pay, with range of products including Champagne, also similarly, drinks in room and snacks. Visually, very well designed, boutique experience. I booked late at night after cancelled ferry and was contacted by owner immediately with information re stay.”
