"Just from start to finish wasn't enjoyable. On the phone was told included breakfast when I arrived it didnt. Room wasn't great. No back on remote to cover batteries with a toddler. Had to pay to use soft play as a guest. Nice girl in bar long ponytail was very helpful but other than that wont be back"
"Staff were excellent, so was the food. The room was fine. One downside was the absence of a desk lamp, which made working at the desk a little murky after dark. Also the room walls seem a bit thin; you can hear a lot from other rooms."
