Amazing holiday!

We booked a last minute holiday to pickalbatros aqua blue and our expectations were exceeded by miles! The resort was lovely, staff were very accommodating and helpful, food was nice and general atmosphere was 10/10. We were offered a free upgrade upon arrival which was greatly appreciated and our helper Ahmed made out stay just that extra bit special.

Very nice neat clean rooms. The check-in was very smooth. The animation team was very active and had amazing shows everyday. The food had amazing variety and good quality. All restaurants were open everyday to everyone. There were snacks available all day and beverages were good and well made. The staff was very hospitable. The property is very well located close to farsha cafe, old market and submarine water safari. The slides and wave pools were the highlight for the kids.Only issue was that the pillows were very very hard and the Aircon rattled a little. Overall had a fantastic experience here and would recommend to anyone with kids!

Decent option if not for the key cards

I went with friends and the rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was about what you'd expect from an all-inclusive (nothing to write home about but not horrible), and the water park was fun. The biggest downer was the key cards/lock system for the rooms. It is no exaggeration to say that between our two rooms we went to the front desk over 10 times in under 48 hours because the key card worked at most once before failing. And I say at most because a couple times we came back with freshly written keys that still didn't work at all. Luckily we never had any emergency where we needed to get into the room immediately but it was extremely frustrating going back and forth multiple times a day just to be able to get into our rooms and by the end of our two days there I was extremely over it.

Bizarre! Fun!

This is one of the most bizarre stay experiences I have ever had. It's like Disneyland. I stayed solo just two nights on my way to the airport. Crazy place! Totally fun

The resort is clean and beautiful, the staff are great. The buffets are a bit crazy at times and you sometimes have to wait a bit for the food to be prepared. Overall a very nice place to visit and explore the area. The excursion sales people are a bit aggressive and annoying when you are just trying to relax by the pool.

Zeer nette en mooie kamers, leuk aquapark met tal van glijbanen. Jammer dat het personeel niet zo vriendelijk was (met uitzondering van sommigen die wel vriendelijk waren natuurlijk) jammer dat het eten absoluut niet lekker was en er bijna elke dag hetzelfde aanbod was ... verder een prettige vakantie gehad.

فندق ممتاز لكن بدون شاطئ

انها الرحلة الثانية فى اكوا بلو استلام الغرف كان سريعا و موقع الفندق جيد فى بداية المدينة فى منطقة حيوية الغرفة جيدة مناسبة و مريحة لاسرة 4افراد النظافة ممتازة و الاكوا رائعة للاطفال و الشباب و الطعام متنوع و يرضى جميع الاذواق خاصة الركن الهندى اكثر من رائع لكن المشكلة فى الفندق عدم وجود شاطئ فخلال اسبوع انتقلنا الى ثلاث شواطئ مختلفة فى شاطئ الباتروس كان متوسط و شاطئ سيرين كان جيد لكن بدون بار مشروبات و بعيد جدا و شاطئ الخيمة كان مريع و سئ جدا اشبه بالشواطئ العامة

The property was excellent. The staff all around were professional. Life guards all around the pools and slide area. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food was lovely and the entertainment team was amazing. We will surely come back. Great place for family.

We loved this place!!!!! We were just there for a five right before a dive trip in Sharm. Gym was awesome!!! Wifi didn’t work so well BUT who cares honestly when the food was terrific, all inclusive was the best, best waterslide on the Magic loop I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! Late check out was a minor fee. Worth it!!! I want to go back already!!! Oh and they made a cake and everything was setup at a restaurant for me to enjoy my bday!! They sang and danced with me! So fun!!

Overall amazing trip and many thanks to ‘Aqua Blu’ and ‘Hotels.com’. Short distance from airport and easy transfer. Warm welcome and speedy check-in even at 2am! Staff across resort were very supportive, caring and helpful. Great water park for all ages. Variety of resort restaurants with all kinds of food imaginable. Lots of resort activities for all ages. This is an all inclusive resort. Sharm is not a dangerous destination, completely the opposite.
