"The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. We spent the day on a snorkelling trip and were welcomed back despite not spending a second night in Sharm. I highly recommend the resort. Lovely staff, good food and so accommodating our every need. "

"Единственное чем хорош отель, это территория (очень красиво и ухожено) чего не скажешь о номерах. Горячей воды не было, фен не работал ( на просьбу отремонтировать никто не отреагировал) , волосы в душе 3 дня никто так и не убрал. "

"The service was great. The people were nice despite language challenges. It’s insane how they work round the clock with a smile. The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers.
Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort. "
