The property is lovely and with the exception of the front desk staff everyone is professional, helpful and polite. Unfortunately where people should be this way they are not -- the front reception Manager does not know how to manage customer complaints, he does not listen or seem to understand how to assist a customer in rectifying issues. The first thing that should be done is to apologize, then aak me what I want, or what I feel would make it better, etc. Don't brush off the customer, make excuses, blow them off and help another customer.
Also the way to schedule dinner is also not effective. Beware if you are on a 5 day or less stay be prepared to NOT eat in the restaurant of choice - you can not pre book, like you can with most all inclusives. You may not book until you check in with a room assignment.... good luck.
