"We unfortunately had an issue with the cleanliness of the room,it was reported and even said, tomorrow would be fine as it was late Sunday evening and did not want to put anyone out, and guess what! nothing happened, we did not prompt again as that’s not us, we got on with it as didn’t want the negative to ruin our break.
Apart from the person it was reported to and the cleaning person who prepared our room, everything else was very good, great staff, good breakfast, great atmosphere in the bar, spa was very good, infinity pool nice and hot, cocktails in the rain excellent.
Would we return????? The price we paid puts it as maybe, unfortunately the room was disappointing, dark worn decor with a door key that had to be reset every day of our 3 day break was manageable , but there are no excuses for lack of cleanliness."
