“Unbeatable place, views are amazing, only problem is there's no AC and that wouldn't be an issue if there were mosquito windows nets, you are in the middle of the woods and there's mosquitos everywhere the room get super hot bc u can't open a single window at night, also there's no lobby restroom or any other restroom besides your room I understand this is not a typical hotel but the property is huge so you could definitely fit one.”

Minuses: it was the middle of a heatwave, lots of flies and no AC/fan. There were water/toilet flushing issues. And there should be a note in the listing that payment is cash only! We had a room with a double bed and two twins, which was perfect for our family.
