“The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. “We had a fantastic time at this cottage and in Wingham. The host made us feel very welcome and was super helpful when we arrived. The cottage is beautiful, and it was a treat to stay in a place like this. Margate is about 30 30-minute drive from Wingham, but there's a seaside closer than that. Canterbury is only 10-15 minutes away, so it was a perfect location for exploring different parts of the local area. We hope we can return next year. ”
