“Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…”

“ Check in was seamless and easy. No issues. 10/10 Unit was clean in general. Curtains were dirty. Had black marks on it. 1 bulb in the lounge was broken. Prop in the bathroom basin was missing. Drain pipe was tied with plastic. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was 1 duvet and 1 sheet less. We brought it to the attention of the reception. They tried to get hold of 'Top Destination' who were apparently unable to get hold of their housekeeping staff. They were supposed to have called...

“The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!”

“My stay was amazing. Simply amazing. The only comments I may have are for the staff to please fix the toilet seats in the unit. Otherwise, what an amazing stay. The pool was so clean ❤️”

“Hotel is not the newest on the block but they are busy with renovations and improvements. This was not disturbing at all. Still an amazing stay though. Service was always friendly and no hesitation to assist with requests. Food is absolutely top notch, from breakfast to dinner. Would highly recommend to families.”
