โAbsolutely gorgeous and clean. Dining area clean and specious. Very quiet and restful atmosphere. The food was delicious and so much variety. The beds very comfortable and especially loved the pillows! ๐ Thank you. โ
โGreat customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if thatโs what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! Iโm disabled and although Iโm not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didnโt request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies...
โThe hotel was picture perfect. It was very clean and very spacious! I loved the floor plan of the room. I was there for business so not much sightseeing but this hotel was perfectly located for dining and shopping! I highly recommend Moon Cafe! The staff was amazing and so was the food! โ
โSergio at the front desk was very helpful, both on the phone when I was making the reservation and then later when we actually arrived.
Fitness center was minimal and one machine was broken.โ
โProperty was in a nice, hidden location. Stayed one night due to home A/C being out. It was great and the front desk worker (Black man) was VERY professional, welcoming, and polite. He should host front desk etiquette for ALL Hyatts.โ
โThe beds were comfortable. I had a suite with full cooking possibilities. TVโs in sitting area and bedroom. Nice safe area and clean. They served breakfast each morning.โ
