"Their internet Never worked. One of the elevators got stuck. Luckily, it didn't get stuck while we were in it but someone else was. "

"The items in the room needs to be changed or upgraded. The heater/Air conditioner was too old, it’s very loud while it was on, it keeps making a loud jump noise every 15 mins. I keep waking up every few hours. Didn’t have a good sleep at all. I had to shut off the heater in order to sleep. The toilet was very loud, everytime my husband flushes the toilet, it sounded like a gun shot. It scared me 2x during at night, while I was sleeping. It was so loud, I actually woke up. The TV needs to be changed. It’s small and the graphic sucks. Someone turn the pixel to max, and it made graphic hard to see. It was hurting my eyes. The tv remote didn’t have any buttons to fix it. The dresser doesn’t closed, it keep sliding open by itself. "

"Hotel looks like it is primarily catering to an itinerant population, with obvious long-term residents taking most rooms. It was challenging to get an “accessible” room, even when I had requested one in advance. First I was given a third floor room (no elevator), then one that required me to park on the opposite side of the hotel and walk around, because the room was only accessible by stairs on the side of the hotel closest to it. Walking around on that level, I had to navigate an electric car charger coming out of a room and an electric bike parked on the sidewalk. The rooms are very shabby, with broken counters and tiles, layers of grout and adhesive barely holding things together, and when I got to my room, it had not been cleaned and had used towels and trash strewn everywhere. When I called the front desk to complain, the clerk seemed to have trouble understanding what I needed (cleaning and towels), and when housekeeping finally showed up, she had no idea why she was there. At least she did a decent job cleaning and totally stripped the one bed I slept in (she did not replace the bedspread on the other bed, just shook the dirt off it.) The room also smelled like old grease and heavy spices. This is the second time I’ve stayed here because it is so close to the event venue I was going to, but I think this is the last time I will be doing this."

"The rooms and halls were not very clean. Hair on the shower wall, years worth of dust on the cords right where you lay your head to sleep, trash on floor in halls. Also bad odor in halls. "

"The hotel did not honor the reservation confirmed with Expedia! The staff was rude and quickly dismissed us while a couple was attempting to give us their extra room. "
