"The room is small but enough for a family of 3 with 2 big luggages. The dinner is Japanese set dinner that includes half crab and breakfast is buffet style. Delicious food and friendly staff. Will come back again."

"No staffs are available. If you like to be left undisturbed during your stay, this is a place for you. My room was a strange Western / Japanese mix. I don’t know who designed the room. It looks like someone tried to add a Japanese flavor to a Western-style room. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. I would not recommend the hotel."

"The location is very convenient, next to JR station, Shari bus station and Seicomart. The hot spring is good."

"Hotel is excellent in all areas like food, Onsen, foot bath, afternoon tea, size of room……… Not much to do and see outside unless drive or tour. Different shape of rocks can be seen from room. "

"An old school travel hotel with a nice onsen. This was a great jumping off spot to see Lake Mashu observatory, drive down to Sunayu Onsen and dig your own onsen, etc. Staff were friendly, breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast. Overall, nice and easy stay."

"Fantastic. Our twin room forest Deluxe, with 2 Sealy beds was very spacious and comfortable and looked straight out to the ocean. We really enjoyed the beautiful room and the separated bathroom area which felt luxurious. We also loved the hotel's facilities, especially the onsen, lounge area with snacks and drinks, and the buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again"
