“Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Beautiful gardens on property and very convenient to Snow Monkey Park. Meals were delicious and such a great experience!”

“The staff were amazing and very accommodating with bags. They actually have a pick up service depending on your arrival and departure times. This was a bonus since it worked out when we were leaving. Our room was very spacious and comfortable!”

“The most amazing experience. Everyone was lovely, the room was perfect, the outdoor bath was so so wonderful. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the morning meditation wonderful. Comfortable, relaxing, clean. Cannot recommend highly enough. ”

“Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel.”

“Not helpful to tourist, cannot reach the basic service standard a hotel ought to provide to tourist!”

“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”

“まず、部屋が2人で予約したのになぜか1人部屋だった。電話をすると逆に『何人で予約ですか？』って…どぉいうことでしょうか？ 着いた途端に不安になりました。お湯ゎ出ないところもあれば出るまでに5分くらいかかります。 玄関入るとものすごく臭い匂いでした。なんの匂いか分かりませんが…”

“雪場接送車很足，預約後沒多久馬上就可以上車出發。”

“Location is great very close to the ski resort. But lodge is not as good as the ski resort.children were running around all the time even during the late night. Food was not so fresh, staff wasn’t very kind to answer our questions. The ski resort is awesome, however I won’t chose this lodges anymore.”
